  • Open and control Aerus on your Windows computer.
  • Use the Aerus Collaborate icon in the system tray to show Aerus Collaborate, reload the application, and quit.
  • Enter Aerus Community credentials.
  • Use the home page and idle page.
  • Use the toolbar to control Aerus features.
  • Use the toolbar to control sessions, including your volume, mute, audio devices, and outgoing video, view session details, add contacts to a session, leave a session.
  • Answer an incoming call.
  • Use toolbar controls when you're in a session.
  • Display contacts pane, sort and search for contacts , use contact groups, contact status, create a list of favorite contacts.
  • Make calls from the contact pane and dial pad.
  • View missed calls.
  • Choose your session view.
  • View participant window titles and controls.
  • Enter a session password, if required.
  • Lock a session, mute participants, record a session, disconnect other participants
  • View contacts by group/favorites, sort and search contacts, add a contact.
  • Display resources pane (items that are open on your computer) to share collaboration material, such as a spreadsheet, share resources, open a browser.
  • Use SharePage to allow participants to view collaboration material in a web browser.
  • Share collaboration materials with participants.
